Well, after all the revision, students still need to have their breaks right? :D

So I do have mine too...

Had McDonald's Hotcakes Breakfast with Weiling! I missed hotcakes so much and while looking through FB ytd night, I passed by weiling's fb status and decided to give it a shot to ask. and TADAH! We ate our hotcakes! Got my 2 necklaces at $10 in total, from Iora sales, did calculus the whole afternoon, almost died while practicing due to the weather. I can't stand HUMID weather, seriously... Ate pizza hut pizzas for dinner and while following up my BRP, I saw this verse which WOW-ed me:

Just I had completed doing my marketing project which is related to service, NEC made my day by telling me that they will send my new adapter right to my door step (: AWESOME! meaning I do not have to travel all the way to Cecil street to collect it. However, that is going to take 7 WORKING days though... but still I am contented with the service. hehehe =)

A new beginning :)

2 more days, to the end of 2009. :) What a blast! WOOHOO!

Seeing myself growing so much in this year, through many aspects in my life, through obstacles and challenges that I had chanced upon... YEAH! AWESOME YEAR! But after all, every story has an ending, and of course, the chapter of my 2009 is coming to an end tomorrow, and it's going to end off with a BLAST with the countdown party in HOGC :) Thank God for the people, and the issues that happened to me in my life, that allowed me to mature, and have a different and elevated mindset about my thoughts about life.

I was playing this song yesterday on the guitar, titled "Oceans will part" by Hillsongs, and one of the lyrics (the chorus actually) goes like this:

Oceans will part; NATIONS COME
At the whisper of Your call
Hope will rise; glory shown
In my life, Your will be done

The words, "NATIONS COME" kinda attracted my attention and thoughts came running through my mind on seeing how much the christian population has grown over the years, witnessing how many lives have been touched and changed by God. This relationship that I have with Him changed my mindset on how I view what is it like to be a Christian. I once thought that it's a religion that we have to obey and follow, just like the rest of the religion, but till when I really get to know more about Him, wow. It blew me away. :) More than that, He really thought me to be more patient, loving and sharing towards the people around me. Also, to be more sharp, alert and aware about what's going on in the world, to have a larger vision, different point of view about life, to appreciate and know that how blessed we are to be in Singapore and seeing so many people in the world who suffers from famines and floods all the time, while we complained about the food that we are eating. The seed which is planted is sown in me. =) And it shall grow, taller and stronger. WOOHOO!

Feel so great about 2009! I am really looking forward for the next upcoming 2010, 'cus I know in my heart, it's gonna be MUCH GREATER than 2009! I am ready, what about you? =D

15 December 2009. What an awesome day! And there are actually 2 reasons behind this day which I felt that it's awesome!

1. HELLO EUGENE LEE BANG HUI! =D HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY TO YOU! It's really been an honor to know you since Secondary 2, seeing you and the brothers growing so much and now TADAH, serving the nation. LOL! But anyway, YOU STILL ROCK! So enjoy your day! =D

2. 10 MORE DAYS TO CHRISTMAS! *WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO* Personally, I love Christmas much much much more than Chinese New Year! :)

Doing a mini self reflection now... Seeing myself changing (for the better) after coming back from internship, I am loving every moment of my life, and felt so different compared to the "old" ser kiat. God has allowed me to see life in a different point of view. The "lack of confidence" and "timid" ser kiat has slowly changed and still changing in process to be a person who has her own goals, visions and dreams about life, that despite people will go against or rebuke or not supportive of my ideas, as long as I am right, I am determined to work towards them. Also, determined is another word to add on to the little change I noticed in myself. =)

I start to look at issues in a different angle/ perspective that despite we faced obstacles and problems in our lives, be it how serious and minor they can be, I am still able to get back on track and lead my life to the fullest. Thank you God, for helping me in my life, blessing me opportunities to grow in other aspects of my life. Despite not be a scholar in my studies, and a national player in archery, I am still able to be contented about my life. =D And I just wanna say, that I really feel great having this life that I am having and I am not exchanging it with anybody else just like that. WOOOOO!

Just came back from Pan Pacific hotel from some buffet dinner...
The desserts were good! HEHEHEHE =))) I actually wanted to take some photos but then due to my broken lens from my camera phone, i cant do anything about it, but to eat eat and eat.. HAHA! After all, what's a buffet without eating to your maximum?? RIGHT? It was a great time spending with my family today after all. Contented & Satisfied. By the way, Joram was super awesome to send me this link about pastries, and I bet most of the girls will fall in love with it...

Today I live my day with an awesome start and an awesome ending! =D

It started of with shopping of groceries with Joanna and Joram at Vivo's Giant to prepare for BobbyQue this thurs and after shopping, we went to to Bobby's magnificent HUGE CONDO place which the 3 of us were all so stunned and amazed by the entrance sight of it. You must really go there to see how FANTANSTIC his place is... it's really 0.0!!! After that we started on our mission to prep for BBQ, which I shall not leak it out... =X Met calista on my way to Bobby's house too! Super delighted to meet her!

Went to BMT session just now and met Joram's parents there! On my way, Joram was sharing me about accident stories on car crashes and MRT's... Hitler tio stomp-ed issue, and blah blah blah.. HAHA! Super funny guy! Sian! I bet all of us will miss his jokes and lameness once he entered N.S =( Anyway, BMT WAS AWESOME!!! Fifi and Yassy were preaching to us about LIFE, organisation, and about church culture! Learnt plenty of stuff today! And I bet all who attended BMT will receive a whole new level of faith after today's first session! I am so looking forward to the 2nd one!! WOOHOO!! And one thing which made my day today was Fifi mentioned that people who knows how to cook are good organisers =D I agree with that totally!! hahahahahaha! =D

Today, THE AWESOME PEOPLE HAVE MADE MY DAY AGAIN! They surprised me!!!! 0.0 HAHAHA! Thanks D3 & D30! YOU ALL ROCK MY WORLD! I love them all!!!! And you know what? PASTOR LIA'S SERVICE TODAY WAS FANTASTIC! It really brought a whole new change in me, elevated my mindset and having greater faith in God. WOOHOO! Everything was great today! Yeesiong, Pan and Joram were all included in the worship team from Zone F service just now, which they of course did a COMPLETE AWESOME JOB in it. And I was fated to meet MTT just now just before lunch at HOGC! Super delighted about today!! I believe that there will be a change in my life after what has happened to me today... Thanks Fifi! I can never forget this day that you actually prayed for me. =)

By the way, JOEY CHENG IS ROCKING THE HOUSE FOR THE FINALS!

Hanging out with D3 made me happy today =D
Though we just do simple stuff together, going to the city, visiting Esther, hanging out in church, it makes me feel like I am going out with my "long time no see best friends forever" buddies...

By the way, I have decided to sign up for BMT. Have been having this decision in wanting to serve in the house for a long time, especially after coming back from internship, the more I don't want to leave this place. I was very eager for it, and I strongly believe that after committing myself to church, despite facing the upcoming challenges and obstacles, I will definitely grow stronger, as I walk along this journey with God. Evonne has suggested to me to go for Hospi Ministry.. Hmmmm..

Reading my cg and my leaders' post are like a motivation moment for me, as I see each and everyone of them typing their thoughts about life and thinking through what can they give their best for God. It's really awesome to see your friends being so positive and joyful about their lives despite meeting challenges and obstacles on the way. Just blog hopped into Dominic's blog and saw this very interesting post... which kinda hits me too... The question was,

"What do I want to be remembered for?"

Hmmmm.. it really sets me thinking what can I do for the people around me... or maybe... what can I do for the world? Think BIG =D HAHA!

I had a great session today with D3, having fun while doing our work. It was FANSTICALLY AWESOME =D, and I meant it from my heart. The times that we really sit down, gather together and spend time with each other was really good! Went to meet the barker boys today with weirong, yeesiong and evonne, and the session reminded me when I was back in GVSS, when MTT had that kind of similar session back in those days. The feeling was just the same =D Seeing those boys are just like meeting my brothers.. HAHA! Super funny! Hope to see them in our 10th anniversary celebration this sat!

By the way, when I was back home, GUESS WHAT? I received a birthday card from Pastors! WOOHOOO!! IT MADE MY DAY! And I bet Joram is 1000000000000000000 times more excited than me now... HEHEHE =P Ok, gotta stop here, got things to do... SEE YOU!

Got my off day right after my first day of work at Gelare yesterday. Coolness. :D

So today I spent my day with dad during noon to sell one of my guitars at cash converters at bedok branch. Guess how much I got? $30 with a guitar bag... =.= But kinda expected it... it's CASH CONVERTERS... The salesman at the cashier counter was quite shocked that I brought it there to sell it 'cus it was in a very good condition, which he said it... (OF COURSE! IT'S ME WHO KEPT THE GUITAR!) but currently mum kept nagging away to get rid of it, and I couldn't find anyone who wants to have a classical guitar, so I sold one of it to them first. By the way, if anyone of you wants a classical guitar, contact me =D or just tag! Price negotiable, and it's in a GOOD CONDITION+ a guitar bag.

After that, I went off to church after a disappointment of seeing my favourite bak chor mee stall at bedok 85 closed, after a continuous begging of asking my dad to bring me there... But anyway, alot of my friends mentioned to me that the standards of that stall has actually deproved plenty.. And I ate nonya bak jang instead as a replacement of that bak chor mee... LOL!

So today it was a awesome CEG session with evonne sharing about the last 3 Rs; REAL, RELATIONSHIPS, RELEASED. Enjoy the session to the MAX! =D Being Real, Deepen our relationships among us and Finding our destinies!

Dinner at Kopitiam with Grace, Joram, Weirong, Zhixiang, Esther, Weirong, Joanna and as usual, we are always the noisiest, which I am very proud of that fact =D It was just a simple hangout yet, we get to spend more time with each other, chatting, understanding and loving one another more! It's so great to really hangout with them! =)

Alright! I shall stop here, swimming at 8am with jingru. She is one crazy woman I tell you, shall post about her when I have the time. Leave you all with this sentence which I find it cool while watching tv on SBS bus...

An Atheist professor of Philosophy was speaking to his class on the problem Science has with GOD. He asked one of his students to stand and . . .

Professor : You are a religious person, aren't you, son?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor : So, you believe in GOD?
Student : Absolutely, sir.
Professor : Is GOD good?
Student : Sure.
Professor : Is GOD ALL - POWERFUL?
Student : Yes.
Professor : My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to GOD to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But GOD didn't. How is this GOD good then? Hmm?

(Student was silent )

Professor : You can't answer, can you ? Let's start again, young fella. Is GOD good?
Student : Yes.
Professor : Is Satan good ?
Student : No.
Professor : Where does Satan come from?
Student : From . . . GOD . . .
Professor : That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
Student : Yes.
Professor : Evil is everywhere, isn't it ? And GOD did make everything. Correct?
Student : Yes.
Professor : So who created evil ?

(Student did not answer)

Professor : Is there Sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don't they?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor : So, who created them ?

(Student had no answer)

Professor : Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Tell me, son . . . Have you ever seen GOD?
Student : No, sir.
Professor : Tell us if you have ever heard your GOD?
Student : No , sir.
Professor : Have you ever felt your GOD, tasted your GOD, smelt your GOD? Have you ever had any sensory perception of GOD for that matter?
Student : No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.
Professor : Yet you still believe in HIM?
Student : Yes.
Professor : According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says your GOD doesn't exist. What do you say to that, son?
Student : Nothing. I only have my faith.
Professor : Yes, faith. And that is the problem Science has.

Student : Professor, is there such a thing as Heat?
Professor : Yes.
Student : And is there such a thing as Cold?
Professor : Yes.
Student : No, sir. There isn't.

(The lecture theatre became very quiet with this turn of events)

Student : Sir, you can have lots of Heat, even more Heat, Superheat, Mega Heat, White Heat, a Little Heat or No Heat. But we don't have anything called Cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can't go any further after that. There is no such thing as Cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of Heat, sir, just the absence of it.

(There was pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre)

Student : What about Darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as Darkness?
Professor : Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?
Student : You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have Low Light, Normal Light, Bright Light, Flashing Light . . . But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it's called Darkness, isn't it? In reality, Darkness isn't. If it is, were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn't you?
Professor : So what is the point you are making, young man ?
Student : Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.
Professor : Flawed ? Can you explain how?
Student : Sir, you are working on the Premise of Duality. You argue there is Life and then there is Death, a good GOD and a bad GOD. You are viewing the concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, Science can't even explain a thought. It uses Electricity and Magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view Death as the opposite of Life is to be ignorant of the fact that Death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of Life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor, do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?
Professor : If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.
Student : Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shook his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument was going)

Student : Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavour, Are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?

(The class was in uproar)

Student : Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?

(The class broke out into laughter)

Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the professor's brain, felt it, touched or Smelt it? . . . No one appears to have done so. So, according to the Established Rules of Empirical, Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room was silent. The Professor stared at the student, his face unfathomable)

Professor : I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.
Student : That is it sir . . . Exactly ! The link between Man & GOD is FAITH. That is all that keeps things alive and moving.

HELLO WORLD!

Great announcement to be made.

I got my new blogskin and I am loving it. I have a thing for colours now, especially rainbows. Finally, I am back to blogging after MONTHS in China for my internship and back to life in Singapore. WOOHOO!

Been to several places especially the malls and I tell you, they are so tempting.... while hanging out with my friends, I have been seeing PLENTY OF PASTRIES AND DISCOUNTS OF CLOTHINGS all over the place. AHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Thank goodness I got a job, and I really hope I am going to start soon before I really start rotting at home...

Yesterday I went for the 2nd service to HOGC after coming back to singapore and the sermon was AWESOME! Something interesting actually occured 'cus this time round, Pastor How actually prepared his sermon through a video. And the topic on how God searched our hearts? IT WAS A BANG! At least for me personally. I enjoyed it throughout the service, to the MAX. =D Side track for a moment, the leaders were so hilarious with the video at Gold Coast yesterday, especially Charleston and JianMing, HAHAHAHAHA! The whole church was bursting into laughter when it was screened. SUPER CLASSIC! That's what made my leaders so AWESOME and to be loved! Authentic people! HAHA!

Now back to the topic...
No regrets yesterday, that I went for service, despite my muscles are killing me now... my archery kakis will know the reason, but anyway... yeah. He pulled with back into His love once again. And I love Him too. Forever and always. =D

OH YAH! Update on Suling, her birthday celebration was a WOAH for her I guess. Seeing this girl so happy, (she better be!!) and yeah, great senior! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU SULING!

Ok. Gonna stop here for now.. Got stuff to edit for my blog. This holidays will be a fulfilling and enriching one! HOLIDAYS HERE I COME!

If you all wanna know every single issue that is happening to me about my life in Sanya now, I probably think it's crazy for me to type every single issue. But I will just type the summary and juice of it.

Currently in western restaurant aka Atrium Cafe and seriously I love working with my colleagues here. Super hilarious bunch of funny and crazy people. Yesterday was one horrorifying day. Due to the rating of the hotel issue which is so major to the hotel... -.- All the workers are called up, even those having off days, to come back to do all the inventory issue,‘cus the management was so last minute to do their stuff and decided that all the F&B staff throughout the whole entire hotel were supposed to revamp their restaurant. So I was supposedly to work from 8.15am to 4.30pm, and I was called to have extra O.T session, all the way till 10pm. Crazy shit. But then yesterday inventory revamp was fun with my colleagues. I was laughing throughout the whole entire night listening to the crap they were saying and also teaching them English. I think they are really very serious and keen improve in their language. That's what I can see from each of them. =)

Yesterday I tried to download skype into the computers from the hostel and guess what? IT WORKS! =D I managed to skype with May and Grace! WOOTS! What an achievement! Talking about achievement, I got my first tips from this 2 couple of Finland people... and talking about this Finland couple, I got this story to share. Super funny. HAHA =D

While working in Atrium Cafe yesterday, one of my colleagues, Allen, was serving this Finland group. He was asking whether could he clear the plates, and so he tried speaking in English and this is what he said.
Allen: “ Plate finish?”
Finland group: “Finish? (as in their nationality) Yes we are.”
And so while both sides don’t understand what’s going on in their mind, they continue to “finish” here and there till that guy came and asked me for help and then the Finland group started to explain to me what’s going on. Super funny. I told Doreen and Gacintha about it and they both laughed like mad. HAHA =D But then Allen is willing to learn English, that’s what I admire about his boldness. Woots =) Which afterwards I taught him the proper way to ask for clearing of plates...

By the way, DOWNLOAD SKYPE! =D if you miss me. HAHAHA! No luh, no forcing, but then skype is now the best way to see my face and talk to me. And I am going to mass download skype in every computer in the lab.. HEHE =P

Have been talking to grace these past few days and she updated me plenty of stuff in church. HAHA! From sermons, to pastors, to CG, to even... *ahem* -SECRETS- =D I miss church man! And I so hope to celebrate the birthdays with my CG people. =( I really really want to!! Argh! Missing out alot of stuff.

I gave a surprise call to my grand aunt just now and she was like... “SIJIE!!!” HAHAHA! Super funny luh.. And she went on asking me how am I and everything. Okay, now evonne. HAHA =D surprise call... *brb*

HAHAHA =D IT WORKS! HAHAHAHA!

Today is gonna be an AWESOME DAY! YEAH! =) Although there is all the V.I.P.S and everything... BIG DEAL. To all my colleagues, LET’S JIAYOU!!! *how I wish they can understand what I typed here...*

So once again, I am entering my updates in the middle of the night, cus my hair is still wet and I ain’t gonna get feng si when I am getting old in age. Hur hur... Today is a satisfied day for me, cus I got my off days on weekends this week and after some bargaining with my colleague, he treated my friends and I to eat pizza today. FANTASTIC DEAL OK?! HAHA! =D Just to let you know, today the four of us, Gacintha, Cynthia, Calista and I went to Rainbow Bar and Grill restaurant to eat our brunch which were so HEAVENLY to us.. OH MY GOODNESS... You never know how awesome western food tasted to our buds after being in Sanya for a few weeks.

Afterwards Jacky joined us and we started to explore the city and walked around and eat and eat non stop... TILL DINNER, we met Tingting, Allen and Xing jie, to makan at the pizza restaurant and Mr Allen treated all of us. =) Bet he sure won alot in mah-jong to be able to treat us. =P HAHAHA! Anyway we decided to treat him back next time. LOL!

And we went to di yi shi chang, to buy our groceries and I think I may need extra cash already. All of us calculated and I realised I really bought pretty less for my internship here. The rest have already spent don’t know how much money in total here. Gosh. Haix.. Money matters again. Super irritating. And the HR department dragged out salary again. We are gonna get our pay on 5 May.. HAIX... =( And and and, as I was shopping with Doreen on thurs, and we went ming zhu to walk around, I caught a glimpse of a white acoustic guitar, which was so attractive and it’s really cheap here... I hope I am allowed to buy. Now I wonder if Mum allows or not. And if allows, next problem is how am I gonna bring it back. LOL!

THIS IS ABSOULTELY INSANITY OKAY... DAMM IT.

Can’t take it anymore. Ever since 9.30pm onwards yesterday while sweeping the floor of western restaurant, I have been feeling moody all along. Don’t ask me why. It’s not PMS. Probably I am just frustrated about life here, about the people here, about how my colleagues are being treated, about how Mr M is being so sickening looking down on us, acting big shot, and looking down on our currency when we are like 4.5 times LARGER THAN THEIRS being such a small country who can go independent within 43 years while theirs being many hundreds or THOUSANDS of years old and still being like this so SICKENING AND PATHETIC. Or probably being pissed off by what’s going on in Archery for so long as the problem still lies and exists and now waiting for answers from my committee when I am in China.. And also the sickening HR MANAGER.. trying to act big shot and scold the stewarding aunties for sleeping in the changing room.. LIKE HELLO! I doubt you even want to sleep in the hotel bunks provided for you all looking at the conditions ok? Poor aunties washing dishes from 5 or 6am to 1am and they are just tired, dam it. Give them a break... And how long are you going to settle my air ticket issue...? Trying to make it sound so tedious when all you have to do is to ring a phone call and ask the tour group agency? If they are slow, CHASE THEM!

First time in my life in Sanya after EXACTLY ONE MONTH, I felt this strange EMO-NESS which has never occurred to me before. I really missed my family and HOGC seriously. I probably have said this quite a few times but I really missed them much. Never shed a tear yet, just the heart slightly aching. By the way you all will be probably wondering what the heck I am doing at like 6.11am in the morning. See, weather here in Sanya is HORRENDOUSLY HUMID and every night my room mate doesn’t like to switch on the air conditioner to sleep in the night and she has so called “the authority” in our room since she has been here for quite some time, so I have been sleeping through the HOT AND HUMID NIGHTS all the while and today, I was awoken by the stupid repeated cock-de-doo sounds off the streets a few metres away and I was perspiring all the while so THUS I CANT SLEEP ALREADY. GOD. -.- I slept at 1 plus am yesterday and woke up 5 hours later to face work at 8.15am. Just like singapore. LOL! Let’s see how I can handle work later. I guess I will be heading to the city in the night. Just need to release out my stress and frustration. ARGH! Everything seems to be irritating me now. ROAR!

SHUCKS MAN..

I am so envious that mindy and aron can at least upload their photos. DAMM THE COMPUTERS HERE SERIOUSLY. Super sickening.

I suddenly dont feel much like blogging these days, cus I have been busying working, getting a little tired, especially when I just arrvied to western restaurant, alot of things to learn and do. But then it's fun hanging out with my colleages in western restaurant. =D I love them. Super ultra funny people. I have been going out to the city with my room mate Jenny, recently and coolness man... Get to see and explore the world out there. If I have the time from my off days, I am gonna go to the city too. HAHA =D

And I seriously wanna upload the photos luh.. IRRITATING.

Anyway, just wanna share with you all one interesting thing that happened today. My manager came over and chatted with me. Talking about learning english and stuff, so as I was explaining to him how I learnt english language when I was young, he decided to test me. So he questioned me what's the english word of longan in mandarin.. And I replied with full confidence that it's "LONGAN". He paused for 5 secs and replied me with a nod, "okay okay, byebye!" LOL! COME ON LUH.... WHO ON EARTH WONT KNOW WHAT'S LONGAN SIA!? -.-

HAHA! Retard. by the way, I am gonnastop here. Gotta hear bak kua news from grace yang now.. TATA!

Back to blogging cus today is my off day! HAHA =D I was reading Carlo's blog while waiting for everything to load and I saw one of his post having this message which I thought it was super funny. It's his signing off message.

"I'm Carlo and you've just been slapped by my prata." HAHAHAHA! =D But I cant burst into a laughter in a computer lab at the hostel in Sanya, Hainan, China. Locals beside me will think that I am absurb. LOL!

Anyway here are the updates once again. By the way I have tried to take some photos of my hostel and have uploaded into my lappy. I am trying to find some way to send it into the computer here...

OH YAH! The system here for the computers are so bad that I cant read livejournal's blogs... DAMM IT! Super irritating. China doesn't like livejournal is it? I can't read my friends' blogs now =(

Too hardworking I guess, I still decided to go work with doreen and jacky despite my given off day. Hope they give me my weekends off if not as what Doreen says, " STRIKE!" Seriously, the departments do not even discuss with each other about our interns' issues. What the pong. I think they need a HUGE revamp to 5 stars if they really want to. Even the staff here who mentioned to me also told me about this issue. Ridiculous eh? LOL! Anyway back to work already.. SEE YOU =)

JING TIAN MANG DAO TAI LEI LE! OMG!

This is horrible. I am gonna start my rants. My level of patience has some limit somehow. As the days go by, I seriously want to complain to the whole world how horrible my working days are. I miss TCA. I rather have my internship there with chefs, Mr Goh, Miss Mak, Mr Neo, Mr Chong and Mr Chia. I miss them alot. Comparing here to TCA, at least quoted from dodo, our welfare is taken care of rather than the management here. I regretted complaining about service before I come to this place.

And the situation here is simply one word, " CHAOTIC". None of our schedules are confirmed and we dont know what's going on. Though we have fun with the people here, but when it comes to business, GOODNESS! I seriously dont know what are they doing. Probably it's true about the system here. But different country has different rules and regulations. Shan't comment much and live with it.

Now one thing I want to do, right now. Quiet time. I missed it. I was so desperate to read the bible that I used my hp torchlight to read 'cus my room mates are sleeping. Shouldn't bother them mah. LOL! I miss D3 and D30! =/ Evonne with her couselling sessions, Joram with his RAWR-ing, Grace... SO MANY THINGS ABOUT HER THAT I MISSED.., Joanna and Jac's laughters, WEIRONG.. HUR HUR! OMG! I wont elaborate much before she sees this post and start to mass spam my tagboard. May with her food chat. Zhi Xiang and all his nonsense. HAHA! Josh and his msn bullying.. Cedric's blur face, Yee Siong's jokes and not forgetting the rest like Pan, Ame, Ranford, Lynette, Pastors and SO MANY MORE... Then my archery kakis, who are having their camp soon. HAHA!! Interesting committee this time round. My family, hope they are fine. =D

Hmmm, dodo is now stoning and looking out of the bus.. so emo.. LOL!

Hey everyone!

My thumbdrive doesnt work for the computers here. So irritating. Now I have to type all my post out.

I am supposed to go work today, though they gave me my off day AGAIN. I really wonder why they are so desperate to give me an off day but still... anyway, I am supposed to find Jacy, the F&B secretary to ask about our schedule but I gues I was so exhausted yesterday that I forgotten to switch on my alarm and while waiting for yinghui's sms reply, I just knocked off to bed. Since today is my off day, I decided to stay in my room to type this entry... =D

The weather is super unbearable that I have to switch on the aircon in my room now. Super HOT! 2 things that are considered gold here: WATER AND TISSUE. I know it sounds stupid but it's true. I notice the people here don't really drink much water, probably they are used to the climate here and tissue.. OH MY TIAN. Don't expect any tissue paper provided for you in the toilets here, not even the city area. When I viewed Mindy's blog, I felt like they are living in the modern city while we are living in a village sia. HAHA! =X

Anyway, the people here as I said are really warm and friendly. The girls just screamed in the changing room right after work yesterday. I was kinda shocked by the amount of energy they can scream though they were complaining how tiring work was. Yesterday's work was really hell that both Dodo and I rather stay in the stewarding area to help out the aunties. And I rather work in the stewarding back at TCA than the restaurant here. SERIOUSLY. CHAOTIC. Just chaotic! ROARRRRR!

Hmmm.. I hope my maggie mee is cooking well...

Oh yah! I decided to buy a list of MANY items ffrom the supermarket.. I hope I managed to go to the city this week...

Alright, just a report of what I have done in the morning after I woke up at 10am. I have swept the floor, wash the bathroom floor mat, threw the rubbish, refill hot water, tidy ABIT of my room mate, Jenny's clothes cus I dont want her to have the thought that I took her stuff or something. And I cant take it that her bed is so messy. 23 years old and Rita, who is another of my room mate is 22 years old. I seriously admire how can they live in a dusty room. I was sweeping the floor and let me tell you, only the walking area of the room only, and there is just plenty of dirt and hair all over the place... *faints* If dad and mum are here, I think they will just faint right on the floor immediately. HAHA! So being clean and sensitive to dust, I decided to volunteer to do those housework. It is impossible to revamp the room. I was thinking about it but then ahhh.. forget it! Thank God for my family, my ex-maid and BMI to teach me how to do housework.

YAY! My maggie mee is done! =D AND IT'S SPICY =)

Oh yah. I have laundry to settle. Must remind myself...

I hope dodo won't be angry about this morning. Poor girl must have been so angry that she jsut left. I can't hear the doro knocks today. Something must be wrong with me man. JIALAT!

You know what? Having my off day is good, cus I can do alot of catch up with God, and also checking whose's birthday is coming. HAHA! I wonder how is Singapore doing. And also my family, church, archery and my friends... And I am gonna buy the coconut cookies that Rita offered me yesterday. SUPER NICE LUH =)

Here are 2 interesting events that occured to me.

Journey to the doctor check up...

I was on my way to the city, drove by some driver with the HR personnel. Imagine this scene where there are 2 main lanes and each lane has been further divided into 2 smaller lanes. 2 directions: to the city and going back to the hotel routes. I am on the "to the city" route when the driver decided that switch lanes to drive faster to the city, but there are too many vehicles already in front of him that he cant switch lanes. So you know what he did? He drove into the " going back to the hotel" route which means AGAINST OUR DIRECTON which also MEANS the cars are oncoming in front to drive towards us. OH MY TIAN. I was about to sleep when I manage to catch a glimpse of what he just did and I didnt dare to fall back to sleep anymore. Doreen laughed like mad when i told her -.- NEARLY escaped death. 2nd time already! Thank God.

Stuck in the toilet

I was doing my business and when after flushing, the water ALMOST flooded... OMG. Lucky i stopped the flushing on time. By the way if you are wondering why I can stop the flush, it's because the system here is that you can switch on and off the flushing system. So yeah. Anyway, back to the jammed toilet urinal... Since there are no facilities provided nor any plummer to help me, I decided to use plastic bag as my hands and fix something about the toilet which i am NOT GONNA list the details. You go figure out how it goes. It's just something DISGUSTING, yet I feel so proud of myself that I fixed it. So yeah...

24 MARCH 2009, TODAY

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR TIMOTHY TAN!

My first day of work today. Not bad. Crowd started off small as what is concluded by doreen and the rset of the staff. People are friendly here, willing to share and make friends with you. And they are super impressed by your english standard, cus they think you are speaking so fast... HAHA! And they really respect you for who you are. LOL! Cus you know how to speak english and you are used as translators and to communicate with non chinese customers here. Found some singaporean friends and the philippines singers who are super COOL SINGERS. Made friends from the locals here too, which includs the korean chef and a person who looks like weisheng. SERIOUSLY LOOK LIKE HIM ALOT.

There is all the carrying and stuff but I can do it luh. =D HAHA! Staff here are willing to help each other and to teach me alot of stuff. Must really thank Doreen and the staff here to guide me.

Interesting stuff happened during dinner time...

I managed to see one russian cute customer who came to dine here, but then.. HE IS TAKEN. everyone says "awwwww" BUT STILL. THE MAIN POINT: He is cute.

Then I was walking around when this couple came and asked me for help..

Couple lady: Do you offer take away service?
Me: "Yes madam, do you want me to take away food for you?
Couple lady: Yes yes, thank you very much. (and she kept thanking me...)

*while packing food into the box*
I was curious where are they from. cus they are angmoh, and I was wondering are they from aust, so I decided to chat with them...

Me: Hi! May I know where you guys come from?
Couple lady: USA (with a smile)
Me: WOW! That's cool!
Couple: *shocked*
Couple lady: WOW! You speak our slang! You know how to say, that's cool?
Couple male: You speak very good english! *agreeing with the lady*
Me: *bursting into laughter* HAHA! I come from Singapore, along with my friends for internship programme.
Couple: *amazed* Oh.. that's very good! How long will that be?
Me: 5 months.
Couple: *nodded head*

And we chatted for a few while before they kept on thanking me for their service. HAHA! IT'S SUPER COOL TO KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH HERE!!! HAHAHAHA! =D alright. I am gonna stop here. Need to sleep soon. Tomorrow will be another long day to start work! WOOTS!

I am craving for coconut juice now.. LOLS!

Day 2 in Sanya

OH MY TIAN. I better learn chinese fast. HAHA =D By the way, my room mates praised me for speaking good mandarin LEH! =P YAY! SO people DONT LOOK DOWN ON ME HOR!

Anyway...

HELLO EVERYONE WHO READS MY BLOG.. HAHA! I am in the computer room using the computer now! WOOTS! Everything is in chinese. Scary shit man. Cedric, you should join me here! HAHAHA =D your mandarin will TU FEI MENG JIN!

And now I am gonna update my life in Sanya. So here goes...

10.15am, SATURDAY, 21 MARCH 2009 SINGAPORE TO GUANGZHOU
Currently on the plane to Guangzhou. Super bored & I bloody need to piss! Kinda regretted taking the window seat, cus I'm trapped inside & the 2 gentlemen beside me are in their dreamy world now. Took some time to write this to distract myself from needing to piss and also wasting my time. This sudden burst of adrenaline just rush through me and I cant sleep now. Shucks!

This feeling of independence has arrived. Exciting, thrill, risky yet enjoyable. If you are a risk taker, maybe for starters like me, try travelling alone. It may seem bored at first, but afterwards, you realise you are all on your own and you have to take care of yourself, being extra care of yourself, being extra alert, yet enjoying every moment of it. Contradicting? I find it cool.

Food from the plane was surprising pleasant. Not because of the airline cus i thought i couldnt get used to the food. Service was pretty much ok just that the announcements made were soft that I could hardly hear properly, and had to ask the singaporean next to me what's going on. LOL!

By the way, the morning sky is super beautiful! Seeing it flying through then above the clouds.. AWESOME =D It's just simply WOW!

Finally one of the gentleman has woken up, now waiting for the other one..

Anyway time was short and fast today. Really want to thank all of you ( you know who you are) that sent me off to China. I know I didnt spend enough time with all of you but you know that I still love you all =) By the way, to my family, thank you very much for helping me in everything =) Love you all!

At guangzhou airport...
It is super freaking HUGE there! High tech and everything, but it is just so huge that i almost missed my flight. I read the wrong number and went to the wrong boarding gate until it is not stated sanya which is when i started to freak out and I have to run ALL THE WAY to the other side of the airport to catch my flight. THANK GOD. *phew*

On the plane to sanya...
WALAU EH.. the hk couple beside me is damm disgusting. Nothing to do with the country nor they are a couple, but it's like.. GROWN UP ADULTS and the lady beside me behaving like some 5 year old girl... SERIOUSLY. For goodness sake. Luckily I felt asleep during the trip.. When i woke up, I manage to see the overall view of sanya. SUPER BEAUTIFUL... The sea is very very pretty... It's really THAT BLUE... WOW! And when i reach sanya, the person asked me for my ticket, which i cant find it, and i thought i cant make it through the gates.. LOL! lucky that guy just let me off... *phew* And I met doreen and the chauffeur who came to pick me up. =)

1PM, 22 MARCH 2009, SUNDAY, DAY 2 AT HOSTEL
WOW! It's amazing that I am getting used to everything here. Very proud of myself indeed =) Now I am just waiting to go out to the city to buy my daily goods, suggested by my room mate. Her name is jenny. 23. unigrad. major in english. dope. she is friendlyand loves to share especially about food. helps me alot when i just arrived. I'm considered xiao peng you to her, when i am 19 this year. LOL!

Anyway, coming here, it's all about independence. It's all about having an open mindset to lead your daily life. I learnt to appreciate what I have back in Singapore. Miss the luxury but I am looking forward to all the challenges up ahead. Thank God for my family who taught me housework. Here is the summary of the conditions of the hostel.

Laundry
If you think there are laundry services or washing machines, continue to dream... LOL! HANDWASH. All handwash. Lucky my room mates borrow me their soap, containers and hangers to do my laundry. And clothes will be hang at the balcony area behind my room....

Food
Food here is 0_0 But i am taking about the canteen food luh. My room mates said that the hotel food seems to be nicer. Good to hear that cus it means i can slim down. And my room mates are shocked to hear that i said the food is salty when they thought it wasnt flavorful enough... HAHA! =P So i guess you know how bad the food condition is from the canteen then.

Water
Hot water provided. No regrigerator. So you have to let it cool down on its own which takes hours I guess...?

TV
Not bad actually. Graphics not of good quality, screen jumping up and down... not those severe ones, but you can watch lah. I was laughing at their programmes.. and they actually have korean drama series here!

Toilet
In Sinagaporean's view, it's really bad. Stains are left probably for a long time that it's impossible to scrub. Shower head provided. Urinal is those squat type. So i need to adapt quickly especially if i want to shit. And also there are stains that probably left for many years which couldnt be scrub off and they are there. LOL! so yeahh..

Room
Everywhere you walk in the room you have to wear shoes, so not much i say i guess...?

Both are in Sanya but just different branches but receiving different experiences.. Oh well...

Updates about life now =D

Ever since I finished my last paper on thurs, here's how everything went for the past 4 days...

FRIDAY (27 FEB)

Finally.
The day where I woke up at a later time.
The day which is the first day I started my holidays.
AWESOME FEELING.
Waking up late has been one of my best hobbies ever. =)
Initially thought there was an outing, and it was cancelled after all. So I didnt manage to join my archery kakis to hangout. Still, resting at home was good. Went for the first session of A.I. One word to describe: MINDBLOWING! Pastor was sharing about helping out the poor and those issues, and it really hits me to see several people suffering so much, so far more worse than myself. It hurts, and it's painful to see that the poor suffering while the rich are exploiting their money on luxurious goods. It hurts to see the fact that out of the whole population of 6 billion people in this world, 4 billion of the world is suffering from poverty. It hurts to see the fact that 2 plus billion people are having less than US$1 as their income daily and 1 plus billion people are having less than US$2 daily. It's like a realisation of knowing how fortunate we are, to able to eat, live and sleep well daily, despite our problems and complains in life. More than half of the population in the world is trying to survive in the harsh world out there. Learnt alot during the service, and I decided, maybe I should give a try for the mission trip. =D

3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE: HOT, HUMID, TIRING

Went for the 2nd session of AI after sat's competition.
Tired, exhausted, but FANTASTIC session! Really really good. Testimonials of kids getting abused and living in those poor environmental conditions where it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to stay in... very sad. A girl was sexually abused at a very young age around 5? Ran away from home, cus she could not handle the pressure and came to the orphanage for assistance. But these kids are really saved, thank God. It's really a motivation to see such people living their lives happily, despite their poor circumstances, and yet young people like us, always think of giving up hope and suicidal just because they failed their exams etc. It's like a wake up call for people who wanna give up after seeing those videos of these children in an orphanage screaming and having fun and living their lives to the fullest even they have horrible childhood experiences. They are even able to forgive people who have harmed them and move on with life. WOW. What an impact. What an impact. I was so touched by this ignited spirit of living in these kids. Amazing. =D

TODAY (2 MARCH)

Went to eat at pastamania with doreen, mindy, aron and weisheng, and heard PLENTY of stories from them, especially about siying! HAHAHA =D super funny! Afterwards, I went to meet the brothers at city hall and we went walking about in town. IMAGINE THE BROTHERS WALKING OKAY? For your info, my brothers always complained about walking from place to place but this time they did! Did plenty of catching up with them, but I hated it to see them complaining how horrendous A level results were.. -.- Anyway... Went to check out guitars at bras basah and it made me wanna get an acoustic guitar. I am so gonna sell away my classical for my acoustic guitar. And oh darn! I should have taken a video of eugene playing the guitar. LADIES, trust me, if you all see the way how eugene plays with the guitar, you will be attracted, SERIOUSLY! =D WEILING, YOU SHOULD HAVE LOOK AT HOW EUGENE PLAYS HIS GUITAR! I am super way proud and honored to know him as my bro. Maria joined us in the night, where we all mainly have prata and brandon having his pasta as dinner. Afterwards, we chatted PLENTY and walk about around bugis before going home. And finally RICK GOH YIKAI HELPED ME TAKE MY GOODS! =D He has grown up man! =DDD

Indeed perseverance is needed to go through His challenges and obstacles planned for me. I enjoyed that feeling I went through, and as what Evonne said, remember that for life. It's really precious. Much more precious that than stupid gollum in LOTR chanting my 'precious' to a piece of retarded ring. Thank you God, thanks Pastor How, thanks evonne! =) HAHA! Anyway, I shall take this time to blog, while letting my poor stomach to rest from all the churning from the food I have eaten at Mrs Loh's house. Me and my greedy mouth, as usual. Yes I know what are you gonna say lah Grace... =.=

Happy Birthday to everyone! If you don't know, today is everyone's birthday 'cus it's the 7th day of Chinese New Year, meaning = REN RI! =)

Well, just a few updates in church yesterday. HAHA =D
Miss church alot, surprisingly. It's really a blown away service yesterday. Meeting Evonne, Joanna, Weirong they all... WOW! I reeeeally miss them alot. Though I left quite soon right after service, I really hope to stay back and join them to eat Katong Laksa =( LOL! I miss pastors and Reena was so cute yesterday. She just practically collapsed on Pastor's Lia's sister's shoulders and slept so soundly throughout the praise and worship session, despite all the loud music, yet she was sleeping so soundly. WOW! And service was really great! HAHA =D Finding my red dot, and I believe that the 5 months in Hainan (most likely), it's gonna be firm, strong and independent training for me! Looking forward to it! But I bet I will miss alot of people, from family, friends, CCA to church. HAHA =D

Mrs Loh's visitation was simple, short and sweet. Haha! Mrs Loh and the family is still the usuals. As crazy as ever. Michelle was really awesome, to really get to see and catch up with her during that few hours, still as elegant and quiet. HAHAHA =P Brandon is still as ting tong, Jessie and Grace. No need further details. Met them so many times. HAHA! Anyway, I enjoyed the meeting today. ALOT. haha!

Hello world! =)

I have finally settled down to do my daily chores with my dear brother, after all the helping out of grocery shopping with my mum and cooking dinner... Currently taking the shells out of the ginko nuts, and watching national geographical channel. They are showing this episode of the series, " TABOO", where they are showing about dirty jobs. One of the jobs depicted this job on people who clear up death scenes aka "CRIME SCENE CLEANERS". BRAVE PEOPLE. Imagine you enter the room filled with blood stains, rotting stuff, maggots and insects, or probably clearing up body parts or fluids of a dead person who went to suicide by crashing himself to a MRT train... These are the people who are gonna clear up all these mess.. DAMM FREAKING AND DISGUSTING CAN? These people have such strong minds man! WOAH... Really a total salute to them.

Alright! I shall continue watching and remove the shells of ginko nuts.. Last words for this entry. PLEASE DO NOT SUICIDE OKAY? Don't be so selfish!

Finally I get a chance to update my blog. Reason being: I am on MC. Splendid.
Thank God my restaurant review is done. And I get to escape accounting test today. Don't know whether should I place it either a good or bad news category... Anyway, I still have to clear a pile more of project submissions and tests this week. Busy busy busy!

Tomorrow is the day where I get to go work at TOP TABLE. SEATS OF 40 VIP, MIND YOU! Booked entirely by them. And I am totally clueless on how to serve them confidently tomorrow. Woooooo.. Wish me best of lucks. And now I am currently waiting for SOW graduation in about 5 hours time. Excited and nervous. Just feel like typing out what I am thinking now...

Running this race for Him is indeed tough. After joining HOGC since last year's easter's, many events happened, and plenty of tests have been dropped right in front of me like an atomic bomb. Exaggerating but true. But this is the path that I have selected to walk into and I find it so different and unique from the rest. Excitement, fun, joy; they all exist. Though there may be times of rough waves of oceans, and tough routes to climb, yet His love brings me through all these situations in my life. Thank you so much for blessing me with friends and family who at times may be nagging especially *ahem* but I know that they are the ones who truly love me, despite how much I have change, always there to support and guide me. Finally. Thank you God.

Good morning world!! =)

My first official entry in 2009! HEH HEH :P

Usually I blog about my life, issues and complains... but I decided to blog something special for today's entry!

Check this out! It really hits me to the max. Though I don't have a thing for children like Yee Siong, Joanna and Trixia, this article really changed my mind about reaching out to kids who really needs help, needs attention, and needs love. I was waiting for my edition of resume (THANK YOU JOYCE) and went reading some articles on msn, when I met this one.

Hope you all can see the words! It says:

Suffer The Little Children

It really blew me away after reading just that paragraph, to realise there are so many people out there that we have to reach out to. So many kids suffering out there, without enjoying love from their parents, their relatives, their loved ones, and thus are seeking love from the wrong sources. It's really fortunate really a blessing in having a family who shelters, protects and showers their care and love for me. WOW. Really wow. It made me really wanna reach out to those kids out there, in this world.. Yeah..

So people! Never take your family for granted, for there are thousands or maybe MORE than that who are dying to enjoy that love... Take care! =)

1st day back in school.

But everything seems to go pretty fine. One project down. Wine project to start off. Later hitting my ppt and drums. LOL. =X super scared for my drums seriously.. Nevertheless.. I WILL GET MY DREAMS ALIVE! WAHAHHAHAA =D

Also I need to settle my SIP issues ASAP. OH MAN.. lol. =X

Hello!

The year is gonna end with 3 more days, and I am still surviving running the race! WOOOTS! though tired, but giving up is not a choice for me, nor in my dictionary. HAHA! =D Life has really been a big change for me, and I am still learning how to deal with it well. Slow it may be.. but I WILL WIN THE RACE! hahahaha! =D Thank God for being there with me all the while, sending care and concern and love from the people around me and also patience of my loved ones. *smile*

Okay. Back to my daily life.
Christmas eve service has been EXCELLENT for me! 'Cus it's my first time celebrating in church with my friends and we have a lot of fun hanging out and getting to know more about each other. Also, sermon was FANTASTIC and motivating for me. It taught me to reach out to the world to help out the lost! 'Cus the lost will never know that they are lost and they do not itend to get lost. Lastly, they want love from people, to be concerned for them. WOOOHOOO! So proud of myself! This shows that I am listening during the sermon eh.. =P Photos will be posted soon when I settle the projects and the crazy issues revolving round my little mind.

Hmmm I need an organiser urgently, to list my things out. Currently, I am scraping money, every cent to save. heh heh. =P Prayers answered that my mum had gave me bonus before and after christmas season. Guess she knows that I need them urgently. OOPS =X Anyway I am excited for the last day of the year, cus I am going for countdown celebration in church with my fellow buddies! YAY! meaning got FOOD, MOVIE AND PHOTOS! HAHAHA =D should be lah.. not confirmed about the event yet. It's an open invitation to everyone! And IT IS FOC! Cus there is no such thing as ENTRANCE TICKET to celebrate a countdown festival, and it's just PURE CELEBRATION! SO, anyone who see this, INTERESTED TO COME? =) CONTACT ME!! HAHAHA =D at 91122995! Finally.

I am back to my little flat in the heart of PASIR RIS, SINGAPORE. Surprisely, I kinda miss home, especially my deary bed. Chalet beds are NEVER fantastic to sleep on. TRUST ME. Just a random comment.

Anyway, the chalet outing was good. NOT AWESOME. But there is really a bonding and time spent with each other really helps to understand one another alot. =) And just now both jingru and I have started out the foundation of our brand archery blog where we are gonna put the secrets of photos and videos of our members to show the world about it. Hellooooo! Final updates before I officially leave this blog alone for my revision of my 2 final tests next coming friday. HAHA =D

Thank God for my food and beverage paper. I passed! *phews* But for my BESE & proficiency tests.. *sighs* Don't bother about it. Once it's over, it's done. Can't do anything about it anyway. I knew I tried my best at least...

OH YAH! before I forgot! Aron was sabo-ed to be the sabo-er of the day for our proficiency test today. FUNNY JOKE! Just because he mistook the lime juice as sweet syrup, Mr Goh started picking him all the way, for everyone who is taking the test right after him and Sha sha! SUPER HIRALOUS! We laughed our butts off lah! SUPER FUNNY! =P Now the world will know how mean Aron Ho Ho Ho is... =X

Archery training has a commotion today. Seriously bad commotion. We were really disappointed by the year ones' attitudes today, even after so much reminders and warnings, it's still as disappointing as ever. I was firstly pissed and afterwards upset with how much seriousness they took towards our message on yahoo groups. Really hope that this will be my maiden time to ever felt this way towards them. Choir has been history, I really hope archery will not be like before.

Went to church after lunch and today's service is AWESOME! SUPER FANTASTIC! =) It's really like a boost of energy of me before I officially start my revision for the final 2 tests. Today is back to the series for REAL MAN! And I think it's really great for all the men in the world to hear this. SERIOUSLY! Pastor was teaching the guys in our church how to be great man of God, loving husband and dad to his children and family. And he was telling us that the ladies in our church must choose the guys in our church. Super funny! He gave examples of situations where real man take leadership in their lives, having visions, and being a great and loving man towards his family. "LEADERSHIP IS TAKE CHARGE, MAKE DECISIONS, MAKE THINGS HAPPEN" I love this sentence =)

After the sermon, the group of us went down to food court and ate dinner together. As usual, Grace and I were crazy about everything and anything about the nonya show shown on channel 8 everyday 9pm, and I was debating with evonne whether the song is "I WANT CANDY" or "I LOVE CANDY" and cedric side the CGL lar!! Unfair huh.. HAHA =D Just kidding evonne! And when we were in the food court, Weirong and I were busying making noise and quarreling with each other about our mee pok noodles. Funny her. She is really one of the besties in church who can really quarrel with anybody and anyone 24/7. Can't stand her at times. Haix.. By the way, I made 2 new friends today. And our group went camwhoring and making a fool of ourselves lah. HAHAHA! SUPER FUNNY SERIOUSLY!! LOL! I will be waiting for grace to send me the photos to be uploaded here. YAY! Then see whether tay zhixiang got make any stupid faces mah. HAHA! =X personal attack liao =P

We went up for CANDY WEEK CELEBRATION today and I TOTALLY LOVE IT. HAHAHA! FIRST AND FOREMOST, BEN AND JERRY ICE CREAM! 2nd, CANDY FLOSS! 3rd, THE MVs! OMG! The girls were screaming over backstreet boys, westlife, A1, Britney Spears, Aaron Carter, N'SYNC, Hanson Brothers, and last but not least, WEIRONG'S FAV! AQUA BARBIE! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA =D And now I am flooding myself with backstreet boys songs. CLASSIC OLD SONGS okay? I miss them so much. Grace and I were remembering the titles of the songs played for every MVs. It's really fun and crazy lah! HAHAHA =D

FRIDAY!

Met up with Alvin Soe after a long day work of service and lecture about S.I.P and after my drums audition. By the way, let me share about my drums audition first. Seriously, the nervousness is worse than talking 'O' levels for me.. 'Cus in the first place I have no idea and no experience in drums, and many of the applicants are not only younger but MUCH better off in playing drums than me. So I was nervous. Really nervous. And I met the cousins, Junwen and Cedric, where they were waiting for their keyboard and guitar selection respectively. Both have this music thingy in their genes, so it's not really a problem for them I guess =X But anyway, when KS called my name for my audition, I was greeted with good lucks and went in.. and surprisely, KS and the other guy, which I forgotten his name.. *sorry* and we became to chat like normal friends. AHA! And that was went I wasn't nervous..

Then they started testing me on rhythms and clapping and I kinda screwed up in the playing of the drums, but I hope my rhythms are correct overall.. Overall 50% pass! That's what I felt personally. I seriously hope that I can get selected, 'cus this is like a once in a lifetime thingy to me especially.. I HAVE FINALLY MANAGED TO GET THE CHANCE TO PLAY DRUMS! YESS! I wanna get in there!!!! =)))

Alright, back to the treat! So after the trial, I went to meet Alvin Soe, and he treated me the ones below which are walnut cheese cake and Cappucino from Mac =) Fantastic dinner/ supper with my Mac Chicken student meal. And we started talking about alot of things back in the past, the sisters, especially Grace, and about FOOD. Places to eat, our lives, etc etc.. And after chatting, he sent me back home and here I am, after packing and everything, I am blogging. HAHA =D Thanks Alvin, for the wonderful treat =) REMEMBER OUR DEAL WITH THE SISTERS AH.. HAHA!!

HELLO WORLD! =)

Guess what? I forgotten what's the part 2 of the story that I was supposed to update you all about it. Most of the details in fact. Due to the busy schedule as usual. HAHA =D Love and hate my life actually. The loves are my friends, family, archery and church. The hate: SCHOOL. Too bad, my occupation is currently a student, so I guess the hate will have to be forced to my loves too.. *sigh*

Anyway I have received some photos from my previous competition, POLITE games at SP. So those photos above are SOME in which my juniors has secretly taken them. Those who have went there, you guys know what I mean. The expo halls are entirely PACKED AND FILLED with SO MANY PEOPLE, SUCH A HUGE AUDIENCE! And the opening ceremony is just like a chingay parade. DARN FABULOUSLY GREAT! HAHAHAHAHA =D Those who missed out, please go for tomorrow's asia conference! THE LAST ONE!! QUEUE EARLY TO AVOID GOING TO HALL 10. LOL! Pastor Kong's service was really indeed touching. Not only they have planned to invite special guests speakers all over the world, but also great singers to perform with fashion show and talent show. HAHA! Sermon was great! and I love the worship song. It's like seeing another session of festival of praise existing in EXPO! SUPER ZAI! hahaha!!

HEY EVERYONE!!! =D

Just a summary update of the past few days for this week!

FRIDAY (7/11/08)
Service in school in 'OH MY I SCREWED IT UP' day.. Our TCC team was offered a extraordinary chance to practice the trial run for top table, and many of us just SCREW UP. Like seriously.. Not fast enough, giving out the wrong plates, the wrong method, trays away from guests' faces, BLAH BLAH BLAH, and last but not least, screaming from Mr Goh.. LOL! That's the classic out of everything. Hahaha! But this shows that we really need MUCH MORE practice to prevent all those nonsense from happening.. Sheena and Jy! WE CAN DO IT!!

Service was awesome with pastor kong. I was supremely amazed by the worship team, that lady named Annabelle or something like that. She is blessed with such a marvellous voice. And the audience was 0_O WOOOOOOOOW by it. Seriously, you have to be there to really experience the atmosphere. And also I have made 2 new friends! Yi na and shu xian, from NP hospitality and tourism, and we started chatting plenty about ourselves.. HAHA! Great to talk to girls 'cus we will have PLENTY of topics to talk about. Pastor Kong was sharing the sermon about power of thoughts and how your heart works. It's cool to see and hear him preaching about all these, 'cus he uses scientific experiments, with his personal stories and also funny jokes to talk to all of us. It's like a creative mixture piece of art. HAHA! * claps* And now it has changed my point of view towards science. 'Cus I fell in love with this verse.

SATURDAY( 8/11/08)
Training in the morning. AND I HAVE FINALLY GET MY COMPLETE SET FOR MY BOW! YESSSSS!! When I place my new bow and everything, I shall post a photo here. HAHA!! *grins* Support team temasek and hot chefs in the noon. WHICH IN FACT! WE GOT 2ND AND 3RD PLACE! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! *claps* Then later in the night, qr and bc and I went to suntec city to help me do my project.. and seriously, I think swensens' is gonna be so deep in trouble.. *disappointed* Went off to vivo to eat dessert, creme brulee! HAHA =D which seriously tastes much better than swensens, and then went back home, chatting and updating about our lives. DOPE!

SUNDAY (TODAY)
Nothing for now. 'Cus today will be a 'stay back at home and spend time with hw and family' day! Grace told me how fantastic the service was yesterday, and today I am gonna miss another one again.. BUT NEVERTHELESS, there is such thing in the world called sermon cd! HAHA! =) Alrighto! Have to get things moving. Got hw, my bow and guitar all waiting for me. LOL! SEE YOU SOON PEOPLE!

HELLO WORLD!

I am back blogging!! YEAH! =)

SERVICE WAS AWESOME!! SUPER DARN AWESOME! Nick Vujicic really change and motivate the audience totally! Touch many people's hearts and change many people's lives. His personal life story are not only HILARIOUS, but also MIRACULOUS! Imagine a person born without limbs can joke about himself, do so many sports, and also smile everywhere he goes. That's the GREATEST achievement I bet anyone can ever achieve! To conquer their own disability. God really gives you all the strength and confidence to overcome mountains and seas in your life. He has changed mine, so when is yours? =) By the way, here is the video for you to check out on nick vujicic! =)

HELLOOOOOO TO THE WORLD!

How are all of you? =)
I am tired, very exhausted by all the daily activities around me. The world is indeed scary to be in a fast moving state. SUPER SCARY.. oh my tian. But NOTHING IS GONNA STOP ME FROM RUNNING FOR LIFE! FOR GOD! =))) *lalala*

Anyway, I notice service practicum is really tiring, much more than cooking. And I am starting to miss cooking alot.. ALOT! Cooking is much more easier than service, 'cus you don't have to spend your money and time to gel and spray your hair, walking in courts shoes, carrying heavy plates, memorising all the theory work, and learn how to think and react fast, which I am so weak in that. Last but not least, you won't get to eat alot when you work under service. LOL! FOOD IS IMPORTANT TO ME!! =( Nevertheless, I got no choice, but still have to go through all these.. Evonne and Jessie, I STILL HAVE TO MOVE ON! HAHA! =)

This past 2 weeks of school has been like "getting used to life" school weeks for me, and I was thrown with projects to be submitted by Mid Nov, which is like 2 to 3 more weeks soon. Super fast! WOW.. I will hope I can manage my time well, and rest more too.. My pimples are exploding lah. =.=

And and!! I just came back from vivo, with jessie and evonne! HAHA =) It was a great outing, 'cus firstly, I have not been visiting vivo for a long time. 2nd, I havent been window shopping with friends for a long time. 3rd, I havent been hanging out with evonne and jessie for a period of time. LOL!! I learn plenty of stuff today. All thanks to evonne! haha! Thank you! *hug*

Alright! I shall go do my admin stuff, and then later touch my guitar. WEEEE! Got a new song from grace! HAHA!! =) And my team is gonna love me tomorrow! hahahahahaha!! =D

meaning: Hello to the world! =)

I am back blogging about yesterday and today's daily activities! HAHA =)

First and for most, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KOK SIN! YOU ARE FINALLY 18! heh heh heh..

And THANKS EVONNE! for all the chatting in the night... WOW! I LOVE IT! =)))

And I am back to training yesterday, after falling ill for SUCH A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, thanks to the weather and throat infection eh.. And I was very weak. Left arm was kinda trembling when I started pulling the string. I think my performance was HORRENDOUS. So I decided to do my own P.T at home since I will be busy with my school schedule. HAHA =D Komi came for training and we chatted ALOT as usual. Thanks babe, for everything! Hope you get well soon.

After lunch, which consists of chee cheong fun and hokkien mee, I went back home and bathe and next thing, I fell asleep all the way till dinner time. Weather doesn't stop me from sleeping, 'cus training and the additional service from TCA really killed my cells and muscles. OMG. Then after dinner, WOOYOUN AND I WEBCAM-ED! Oh my! This korean girl speaks with an AUSSIE SLANG NOW! HAHA! missed her so much.. and she promised me all the korean songs and big bang raps when she arrived in s'pore!! WOOOOO!!

TODAY!
Prayer in the morning is REEEAAAALLLY AWESOME! I FELT SO GOOD after praying. WOOTS! AND I can't wait for the upcoming nick vujicic service! You guys must come and see him okay? HE IS BORN WITHOUT LIMBS PEOPLE!! And yet he still lives his life, filled with joy and happiness! SUPER ZAI THIS GUY!! Check out his youtube clip!

Afternoon prayer meeting was powerful! Dominic is like.. WOAH!!! hahahahahaha =D though I was late by 5 mins =X but then he shared with us that we are supposed to rise up in our spiritual growth and he felt that the church was really shaken, just as the one he heard from a clip or video years ago by some africans praying. It was awesome! WOOOOOO!! Then garett's sermon was really great!! Imagine the church growing by 3000 in 2 years, and 10000 by 7 years.. HOW ZAI IS THAT?? And I was really annointed and inspired by what God has shown me in my vision, and I will never give up on that vision. HAHA!! Then for CG today, Evonne's sermon was like a sum up of everything today, by sharing with us how to improve our CG together. WOAHOOOO! DAMM COOL!! I love today! And I will never forget about today's session in church. 'Cus it's really like a PACKED JAMMED LOAD of BLESSINGS for me today. WOW! It's like you are bombarded with 10 lectures and tutorials at one go! HAHA! BUT they are interesting and meaningful lectures and tutorials okay? Not those boring ones which you will fall asleep.. LOL!!

Today there are many people playing volleyballs and badminton in our church. COOL. I guess it's due to the public holidays, no wonder so many of them playing sports today. HAHA =) And on my way back home with Grace, I was licking this.. *pointing down*

HELLO TO THE WORLD!! I am back to blogging! HEHE! =) I am currently feeling great, after playing the guitar and was worshiping just now. It was just literally praising and praising non stop and it really feels great! WOOOOOOHOOOOOO! Now this shows that I need to practice more on my guitar! HAHA =D and I wanna get a new guitar.. =/

Anyway, just little updates for the past 2 days...

Yesterday night, Grace and I were skyp-ing for 45 mins, non stop, and CHATTING NONSENSE, making faces at each other, talking about relationship, about life, about everything! HAHAHAHA =) I LOVE SKYPE! Also in the noon during school, I met qiu rei during lunch to help me tie my tie.. HAHA =X thanks qiu rei! =) Thank you so much!

In the night, we went to celebrate weichin's birthday and I went shopping for my courts shoes for 2 hours.. OMG.. and during service today, my leg HURTS LIKE HELLLLLL! OMG! Today was a day to train our fingers man.. The plates are just superb EXTREMELY HEAVY.. cant believe it.. =.= Mr Goh said it was about 1kg per plate.. LOL. And my fingers hurt alot after the training..

The best thing is that we were all splited into 2 groups and we are supposed to send 1 representive from each of our group to hold the plates for 5 mins. Whosoever lost, the whole entire group will have to hold for 5 mins.. And I think jun xiang and bao rong are really the great heros to came to help us. It's like, WOAH! SERIOUSLY ZAI!

Wine opening training was fun! HAHA =) All of us compete to win the best record from LRM, this girl named Kimberly who has a record of 12 or 14 secs, cant remember. In the end, our CCM group managed to beat at 11 secs! WOOOOOOHOOOO! HAHAHA =D Super fun. Service is so much different from cooking seriously. And I am still contructing my blogskin..

By the way, to the world out there, friends, anyone of you all wanna volunteer to be in my blogskin? Just take photos of you posing with lollipops and send them to me! HEH HEH! Through email. Thanks! While I shall start my photo hunting tomorrow.. And I am excited to talk to evonne in about 56 mins time!! YAY!! *claps* And KOMI IS COMING TOMORROW! I miss her.. and I promised her we will recover together. Weiling must recover too!! =)
